Very easy to make the cake batter and I made muffins with the mix. The top of the cakes was quite firm and a little crunchy. The inner part of the cakes was quite soft but the overall taste was fine. A little filling to your taste would enhance the overall product.
I haven't used this yet but I am confident that I will enjoy once I get around to baking it
Oh my word … AMAZING with double cream! Perfect moist spongy consistency and chocolatey flavour. This picture was me using half the mix (the other half was made very shortly after!) Just purchased more - highly recommend!
Great for making tea and almond milk a little sweeter. Love to make a mocha with the chocolate in my coffee

Quick to make (may need to microwave for a few seconds longer than recommended) and eat it while it's still warm with cream poured over it. Just yummy!

My favourite are the ginger and lemon, so quick and easy to make. I serve mine with some frozen fruit, defrosted in the microwave until slightly warm, plus a dollop of greek yogurt, delicious 😋
