These wraps are nice, but especially so when toasted and I'd recommend this. They are a bit plain with a bit of an odd taste otherwise.The texture is absolutely fine, don't break apart or crumble. They contain a reasonably low carb content sitting at just over 4g of carbs per wrap, well within keto expectations.They're a bit too small for my liking, and I really wish they were a bit bigger. This limits the uses for me.They last very well, they come in a re-sealable bag and I've had them open for 2 weeks, still as fresh as before.These are expensive which is another downside next to the size.. Current price of £8.99 per 8 is not a great value and there are other products available that are larger.
Amazing wraps they stay together, warm and toast very well and honestly taste wise I can’t tell a difference. Although the price is quite steep I would definitely say they are worth it to be able to eat ‘cheat’ foods healthily. I used these for fakeaway kebabs and they were perfect
These Groovy Keto wraps are a solid option if you are looking to cut carbs without giving up the idea of wraps altogether. They come in two separate packs of four, which I really like as it means you do not have to open all eight at once. From a nutritional point of view, they tick a lot of boxes, low carbs, high fibre, and a decent amount of protein, which makes them feel far more filling than standard wraps.In terms of texture, they are generally soft and flexible, especially when gently warmed. I was able to fold and roll them without them falling apart, and they held fillings like roasted vegetables, cheese, salads, and spreads well enough without turning soggy straight away. They do feel a little denser and chewier than a regular wrap, but not in an unpleasant way, more substantial and satisfying.Flavour wise, they are fairly neutral with a slight sweetness and an overall wholesome taste. On their own, they do not taste exactly like a traditional flour wrap, but once filled, the difference is much less noticeable. They work best with well seasoned savoury fillings rather than very plain ones.The main drawback for me is the size and value. The wraps are on the smaller side, so I sometimes find myself using two instead of one. Combined with the higher price point compared to regular wraps, this makes them feel more like an occasional option rather than an everyday staple unless low carb eating is a priority.Overall, these wraps do what they are designed to do. They are a convenient, low carb alternative that is easy to use, filling, and versatile, with just a few compromises on size and cost.
So previously I tried the fitbakes wraps which were okay but as soon as I saw groovy keto started doing them too I had to try because I absolutely love their stuff - my favourite keto brand. The wraps did not disappoint either so soft and taste so great cant really tell they are keto wraps. Im buying again on repeat.
